The World Best Boyfriend

Synopsis

A sweet love story unfolds at its own gentle pace.

Yusa has always had a thing for bold, pushy guys—like the upperclassman on the basketball team she’s been secretly crushing on. But when her best friend Nanami suddenly starts getting close to him, Yusa decides to support her friend’s feelings instead. In a desperate attempt to hide her own heartbreak, she blurts out, “I’ve found someone I like!” Unfortunately, the classmate who overhears her lie is Haruta. Seeing right through her act, he offers to pretend to be her boyfriend. Though he seems cool and indifferent at first, Haruta occasionally reveals a surprisingly gentle side. And before she realizes it, Yusa’s heart may be starting to head in a completely new direction…
