Sir Preston's Secret Governess

Synopsis

Lady Jacqueline Summerset loses everything after her father’s disappearance and her family’s bankruptcy. Accepting the need to begin anew, she becomes the thirteenth private tutor at the Preston estate. There, she clashes with the infamous Marquess of Preston, not just in temperament but in principle. Jacqueline believes a child should be taught with care, warmth, and love, while the Marquess insists strict discipline is the only way to shape a proper heir. As their opposing methods collide day after day, Jacqueline begins to glimpse the secrets the Marquess keeps hidden, and finds herself growing unexpectedly closer to the man who seems her complete opposite.
